Some of my earliest memories are of riding along on service calls with my dad. He worked in HVAC and refrigeration, and I watched him solve problems that couldn't wait until morning. I handed him tools, learned what the equipment did, and saw what it meant to show up for customers and the people counting on you.
My mom showed me another side of business. She managed complex work, helped run my dad's company, designed its branding, and taught me computers when many households were just discovering them. Her lesson was simple: never stop learning.
Those two influences stayed with me. Over the years I've worked in accounting, operations, emergency response, team training, and technology consulting. Different industries, different challenges—but always the same instinct: listen closely, understand the people, and find a better way to get the work done.
That is why I built Forge & Glory. I don't want to sell someone a tool and disappear. I want to understand what they've built, where they're struggling, and what would give them and their team more time, confidence, and room to grow.
