Information on this website is intended to describe our consulting, workflow, AI, automation, training, and related services. It is general information, not a binding offer, guarantee of results, or a substitute for a separately signed client agreement. Scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables are established in a proposal or written agreement.

3. Inquiries and scheduling

Contacting us or scheduling a discovery call does not by itself create a consulting engagement. When you submit our contact form, the information you provide is sent to our CRM so we can respond, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may also reach us by the listed email or the discovery-call booking option. Booking is provided through an external scheduling service subject to its own applicable terms.

4. Forge & Glory optional SMS program — planned

Program name: Forge & Glory Client Communications.

Description: The program will have two separate message types. Informational & client service texts cover your inquiries, discovery calls, appointments, consulting projects, updates, and customer support. Marketing & promotional texts cover consulting services, events, offers, and company news. You receive only the type(s) you choose.

Consent: You can opt in to either type, both, or neither through separate, unchecked checkboxes on our website contact form. SMS consent is not required to request services or submit an inquiry. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. Texts will not be sent until the program is registered and active.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You should receive confirmation of opt-out once the messaging system is active. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and supported carriers. Our SMS program will not operate until its registration, consent capture, and opt-out functionality are completed.

Unless otherwise indicated, our website content, branding, mascot designs, and other original materials are owned by Forge & Glory, LLC or used with permission.
